All orders are processed upon full payment receipt. Please allow 2 - 3 business days for processing. Custom orders or custom embroidery will take another 7-14 days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days. Shipping costs may increase depending on weight, volume, postal code, and shipping method. Shipping method may be selected at checkout. Packages will be shipped in the order they are received. Remote areas may require additional time for delivery. 

Items with gift box included placed in same Order and/or having the same Order number will be packed in the same gift box, unless otherwise requested. Exceptions may apply if the shipping fees paid is still sufficient to have a gift box for each of the items in the Order. 

World Wide Standard Shipping Standard shipping rates is fixed based on package size and distance. Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow 2 - 3 business day for processing and another 2 - 30 business days for delivery (based on distance). Malaysia, Singapore: 2 - 6 days. Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and other Asian Countries: 5 - 14 days; UK, Europe : 14 - 20 days; US: 16 - 30 days ¥All orders received after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day. Customs & Import fees may apply to some international orders. These fees fluctuate by country and by order value, and we have no influence or control over them.
